The VLT OneGearDrive is a versatile drive system available in two variants:

• Standard: Designed for use in dry and wet production environments.
• Hygienic: Ideal for aseptic and cleanroom areas, wet zones, and other spaces requiring intensive cleaning.

This innovative system is engineered to streamline plant operations by reducing the number of drive variants required, resulting in lower operational costs and improved energy efficiency.

   • Stainless steel connectors in the Hygienic variant ensure resistance to corrosion and harsh environments.
   • Constructed with AISI 316 Ti material, offering durability and resistance to detergents and disinfectants with a pH range of 2 to 14.
   • A unique antimicrobial coating with active silver ions eliminates 99.9% of germs, ensuring hygiene standards.

Lifecycle Status

The VLT OneGearDrive is now in the Limited phase of its lifecycle, meaning active production has ceased. Additionally, the L09 type code has been discontinued and replaced with the L06 type code for ongoing applications.
